Mission
Welford Pre-school and Kids Aloud Club exists to care for the children of Welford from the age of 2 to 12
The Pre-school operates from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday and takes children from the age of two to when they go to school. The Kids Aloud Club provides before- and after-school care for children who attend Welford, Sibbertoft and Sulby Endowed School up to the age of 12. Breakfast is provided between 7.45am and 9am and a meal is provided between 3.15pm and 5.30pm.
The Pre-school operates from the Mobile Unit in the grounds of Welford, Sibbertoft and Sulby Endowed School. There is a small garden exclusively for the use of Pre-school children and shared use of the school playground and outdoor facilities. The Pre-school's presence on school grounds enables a very smooth transition for children into school. We facilitate joined up play sessions with the reception class where children become familiar with their future classroom and teacher, as well as everyday familiarity with the school grounds.
Welford Pre-school and Kids Aloud Club prides itself on its flexibility – allowing parents to book extra sessions or swap sessions at very short notice. All you have to do is ask.
Staff at Welford Pre-school are all highly qualified and provide expert care for the children – helping them learn through play and develop their own interests and skills in a very nurturing environment.
